you (“User”, “your”).

agree, you may not use the Platform.
We reserve the right to update and modify these Terms at any time by posting changes on
the Platform. You are advised to review the Terms periodically. If any update is not
acceptable to you, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to agree to these Terms and to perform your obligations under this agreement.
- “Payment Instrument”: Credit card, debit card, bank account, UPI, IMPS, prepaid instruments, or any payment method introduced by banks or financial institutions.
- “Platform”: The website or medium where the Merchant lists products/services and where Transactions are initiated.
- “Transaction”: The order/request placed by the User to purchase products/services by paying the Transaction Amount.
- “Transaction Amount”: The amount paid by the User for a Transaction.
- “User/Users”: Any person availing products/services on the Platform.
- “Website”: www.instamojo.com or the mobile application.
You agree that we may collect, store, and share your provided information to deliver products/services and to contact you when required.
- Name, email, phone number
- Delivery address, age, gender
- Accurate payment information
- Retrieve data to create databases without permission.
- Use the Platform for unauthorized or fraudulent activities.
- Circumvent or interfere with Platform security features.
- Mislead, trick, or defraud the Platform or its users.
- Abuse support services or submit false reports.
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools.
- Impersonate any person or user.
- Harass or harm other users or Merchant staff.
- Upload viruses or malicious code.
- Post spam or repetitive content.
- Reverse engineer or copy Platform software.
- Use the Platform for competing or commercial purposes not approved by us.
- Violate applicable laws.
- If you receive a defective product or deficient service, your only remedy is to request a refund as per the refund policy.
- The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Merchant and its representatives from any claims or losses resulting from User’s breach of these Terms.
- Reviews must be based on your firsthand experience.
- No abusive, hateful, racist, or offensive language.
- No discriminatory remarks.
- No references to illegal activity.
- No false or misleading statements.
- No promoting or encouraging review campaigns.
- No reviews posted as a competitor.
- Arbitration language: English
- Seat: India
- A sole arbitrator shall be appointed mutually within 30 days.
- Confidentiality of arbitration is mandatory.
- Courts in Bengaluru may be approached for injunctive relief.
- Double debit
- Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- Refund requests
- Product/service issues
We do not guarantee:
- Platform security
- Absence of bugs/viruses
- Accuracy of user-uploaded content
- Verification of third-party websites linked on our Platform
- You must use your own virus protection software when accessing the Platform.
